Culture 

The Ministry of Culture, Monument Protection and Sports of Georgia has been running a program for four years to promote and assist national minority cultures.
 
The program is run by the Davit Baazov State Historic-Ethnographical Museum of Georgian Jews, the Centre for Georgian Cultural Relationships’ Caucasian House, the Mirza-Fathali Akhundov Museum of Azerbaijani Culture, the Centre of Russian Culture in Georgia, and Tbilisi State Armenian and Azerbaijani theaters. Numerous exhibitions, presentations, and discussions have been organized, and the Archeology, Ethnology, Study of Folklore of the Caucasus collection has been published.
 
With the assistance of local government in minority-populated regions, other initiatives have also been undertaken. Twenty five Armenian, 15 Azerbaijani, 14 mixed, and five Ossetian libraries have been established, plus numerous craft schools and clubs.
 
The Ministry of Culture, Monument Protection and Sports is also making an inventory of stationary cultural heritage monuments and objects across Georgia. 

The Municipality of Tbilisi in the frames of the Theater Art Development Assistance Program is funding theaters of local importance, including Al.Griboedov State Academic Russian Drama Theater. 

In addition, The Program of Assistance for the Care of Tbilisi Pantheons and Monuments of Art is providing care and protection for pantheons in Tbilisi, including the Pantheon of Armenian Writers and Public Figures.
